1/30/06-2/9/06

This week, we will be working on finishing Romeo and Juliet. We were suppose to have an Act II quiz last week, but we ran out of time, so I am combining Act II and Act III together for one quiz on Monday and Tuesday. You have your monolgue and solilquy worksheet due on Monday and Tuesday. On Thursday and Friday, you will recieve your study guide for the test. Monday and Tuesday, we will review for the test. On 2/8 and 2/9, we will have the final exam, and your portfolios are due on that day.

Honors Only: Round table discussion of your findings in MSK.

1/23-1/27

Our first full week back. Other than the early release on Wednesday. So here is the plan.

Monday and Tuesday, We will finish listening and watch Act I
Wendesday and Thursday. Your translations are due in class. We will read Act II and you will read your translation. Honors: We will quickly discuss My Sister's Keeper and a you will need to read the next four vignettes.

Friday and Monday of the next week. We will finish Act II and Read Act III. You guys will have to do some of the reading at home to be finished on time.

The Act II quiz is supposed to be on Monday and Tuesday, but we haven't read Act II, so it will instead be on Wednesday and Thursday.

Weekly update for 1/17-1/20

I'm going to try and start updating the blogger weekly, so if I start slacking call me on it.
We will be reading Act I of Romeo and Juilet in all classes
Your timelime is due on either the 17th or 18th depending on class day
We will take a quiz over Act I on the 19th and 20th
On the 19th and 20th most of the class period will be spent working on the anthology project.
We will spend about 20 minutes discussing the writing assignment for your portfolio, which is a summary piece of shakespeares work in Act II. Everyone will draw for the lines they must do.
